It's okay if you think it's fine, but nurses are being sexualised because of these nurse cosplay things and their outfits being thought of as appealing. I think they have a right to speak on it. lmaoooo but no, like there's a meaning. basically all three of them were in a relationship and got hurt and ended up passing away (that's the context, don't get offended.) and jisoo is basically the storyteller here.. she's telling the stories of all her friends and how they were hurt. also yk there's this scene where jisoo's running right. so that was filmed to indicate that jisoo is running to save her friends' lives but fails and then drowns herself in sadness. then in the last scene when it's all sunshine and happiness and they're in the car together. that was filmed to depict that after leaving the earth they all met in heaven. that's the story i interpreted from the MV.
