I love watching the Congolese videos as I prepare to come there. I’m certain I’ll be living in Kinshasa and the main things that worry me are language barrier, infrastructure- internet, and food. Be the one to create your own social community. You’re new. It’s likely that community exists but you don’t know about it because you’ve just moved back. You’ll soon get your own community. Be patient and put yourself out there more when you can.

You've mixed your personal issues with some of Kinshasa challenges... But not all the people that want to come in DRC are in your same situation... I mean if you need external things to have fulfilled Lifestyle... The issues are not only external at this point. We have our own culture and we are proud of it people try to be happy even if they have nothing.

Congolaise raised in Kinshasa, I miss DRC sometines. Appreciate your honesty, I've seen too much hype from African influencers showing a serious lack of business intelligence. Glad to see Africans who are thinking straight, to navigate the business environment better. Thank you for educating us on the economic realities that we shouldn't neglect at home.

Very good video! A Congolese here watching from United Kingdom, I agree with the challenges you've mentioned, especially the mentality of people in Kinshasa is so appalling. Regardless of all those challenges I have decided to move back to Congo mainly because of long term health benefits, organic food, weather, and being my own boss, and also avoiding a lot taxes like here in the West. But I will not be living in Kinshasa. I also think that it would be better to set up a Homestead and live off grid, and set up a business that you will not necessarily need to depend on people so much, for example having a couple apartments to rent out for holidays makers... This is what I have in mind, I don't wanna depend on the government or anyone... Thank you and all the best

You telling the truth my sister I am a 28 years old lady living in SA my family has started putting pressure on me that I must get married and they find for me a man that I must come back to get married to that man😢 when I spoke to him over the phone we do not have the same mindset at all

True, life is crazy expensive in Kinshasa and all over DRC , I think its because we use US dollars a lot,

you got it! and we dont produce much locally because everything is imported, so that influences inflation
