I'm of Congolese descent (meaning I was not born in DRC) so it still blows my mind when I see beautiful buildings in my ancestors homeland. I want to go and experience it for myself and really breathe the same air native Congolese people breath and experience. 🙏🏿 Soon (this year, if I'm lucky)

J'ai grandi à Gombe avenue Kalemie, mais je ne reconnais plus rien. Dans mes souvenirs, l'avenue était plus large et il n'y avait pas ces buildings. Gombe est en pleine transformation 🥰

hello Umba, I'm Congolese but from Cape town, I really appreciate your filming work which edifies us who are from afar I follow you for several captured vlogs that I cannot name, the hotels visited, the tourist sites in short I like your quality of image and certain shots... but my concerns arise from this angle, is it not possible for your work visited also this people of the government Minister is other to appreciate them and talk about certain problem like unsanitary conditions in the city, this good to build but if it there is no maintenance or follow-up the reconstruction of the city will remain in a dilapidated state don't you think...😢😢😮

Yeah, the Twin Towers are almost done. I just had a glimpse at them from a distance, and as usual, I couldn’t film because there were too many people around including police officers

@@loktstar-kongotronix The Twin Towers are located in a guard-gated concession though. So before even accessing the parking lot, I will have to got to through security guards. i went to film La Cité du fleuve more than a months ago, and it was the same thing: security guards wouldn’t let me in…

Beautiful buildings, but DRC needs to do better and provide better pavements for pedestrians in the capital and in towns/cities and rural areas across the country.
