If you make it too quiet whenever she's sleeping, she'll become a light sleeper. If she's used to noise when she's sleeping, then noise won't bother her to the point of waking her as much.

Put Kinsley's towel in the drier for 20 min on high before and during her bath. When her bath is done, wrap her up in that hot towel and she will be in heaven:) I do that for my grandson. One thing that helps me when I start to get nervous is to think about what could happen if I make an absolute fool of myself. Nothing scary comes to mind. Maybe they'll laugh but I'll laugh too, so who cares. LoL. Life is too short to worry about other people looking at you.
