I agree, so far out of most of our wheel houses BUT, the creativity that has gone in to this place is amazing. . Making the most out of a villa I own that I have a chunk of money to spend on has just about killed me. Figuring out what money is well spent ,lux etc. So seeing Maria just put it over the top is fun.

Yes absolutely stunning showcasing incredible designer talent! This is just so hard to relate to and most of us can’t afford to even copy any finishes because it’s all just high end beyond what the vast majority can afford . My biggest take away is this is such a shame that the owners are selling it. Seriously it is such a waste and seems unreasonable to carefully choose the lot , the architects, the designer and HUGE expense at every turn just to sell it . Why not enjoy their efforts at getting the best of everything and live there? Why sell it? The rich can’t be content with what they built ? I love your talents but can’t understand the sale. Very wasteful & seems ungrateful .
