@Jem Bennett Well, I was referring more to the "old _stories"_ meaning the stories written by the in-house lore team instead of the "new" way, where they outsource it to -professionals- hacks. On the other hand, Theros is old to me personally, because I started playing in Dragon's Maze.

You've outdone yourself Prof. I can only imagine how you made your presentations on your classes. I could be entranced by any kind of story told this way. Wizards! This is what you should be doing! I think 10-15 min videos narrating the story is the perfect kind of presentation for what is still, primarily, a collectable card game. Flavor text and card art only give you snippets of understanding. Books are too long for most people to read if they just want to understand what happens to the characters in the game they play. And the storylines tend to be too shallow to really fill out a whole novel worth reading anyway. (Some would obviously disagree.) But this seems ideal to me. I loved this. This should become a thing.
