Guys, I'm a Christian. This song is not disrespecting God. He is a Christian also, listen to "Hey Pretty Girl" "hey pretty girl when I see the light, I'm gonna thank The Lord for a real good life a pretty little girl and a beautiful wife." And also he's just saying HEY! GOD DOESNT CARE WHAT WE DO! HE LOVES US AND WE LOVE HIM! SO STOP ACTING AS IF BECAUSE WE DO THESE THINGS WERE NOT GOING TO HEAVEN WE LOVE HIM AN BELIVE IN HIM, HE LOVES US BECAUSE I DEINK AND SMOKE DOESNT MAKE HIM LOVE ME ANY LESS.

This song keeps me going on the days when I am heart broken. My dad passed away way to soon on 6/11 on of this year. He was only 46. I like to imagine him & my grandpa fishing and drinking their bud light together. Simple songs like this are what we need sometimes.

Lost my dad September 21, 2016. He was 60. Long story short he was a retired truck driver that returned to the road for financial reasons. Contracted pneumococcal meningitis and died suddenly a week later. He was my best friend. My heart goes out to you.

Sometimes I dont understand people. On the one hand they are saying that all counrty songs sound the same and copied from another artist, but as soon as a song is a little different, they are saying "oh, this aint country anymore" Just shows how people canf be satisfied, doesnt matter what you do. Please just come here and enjoy the music. If you dont like it, click on another song you actually like. :)

When a preacher talks to heaven He paints it real nice He says you better get to livin' Better get to livin' right If you're gonna get your mansion He's been savin' for your soul If you're gonna do your dancin' On city streets of gold But unless it's got a dirt road Leadin' down to a fishin' hole With a little piece of moonlight A couple cans of Bud Light Where I can cuddle with my baby And I can pull her real close No I don't wanna go Unless heaven's got a dirt road ha You better quit your drinkin' You better quit your smokin' too Before tradin' in your backseat Saturday nights for a Sunday mornin' pew Well I've never been nothin' Nothin' more than what you see Like my truck I'm made for runnin' Down to a midnight creek So unless it's got a dirt road Leadin' down to a fishin' hole With a little piece of moonlight A couple cans of Bud Light Where I can cuddle with my baby And I can pull her real close I don't wanna go Unless heaven's got a dirt road, that's right All of this flyin' high Gonna leave you fallin' short Leave you knock, knock, knockin', on heaven's basement door But one thing's for sure Unless it's got a dirt road Leadin' down to a fishin' hole With a little piece of moonlight A couple cans of Bud Light Where I can cuddle with my baby And I can pull her real close No I don't wanna go Unless heaven's got a dirt road yaa

Wasn't really into Kip Moore before. I just never thought he really brought anything special to country music. Yet, I must say this song made me a fan. I love the bluesy way he sings this song and the lyrics are true for anyone raised in the south. Great single! And hopefully a new sound for Kip

Kip Moore is one of the best out there his songs I can relate to this one He was talking about being young boy and being confused he knows who he is and where his faith leads him and he welcomes that day watch his performance at the opry, I am so tired of some thinking most are going to hell because they are not perfect. Forgiviness is what the genius forget God forgives us and our sins I think most forget that.
@PostalPatriot5566 жыл бұрын
God is for the tired and the broken. He doesnt ask us to be perfect. He asks us to be faithful no matter how hard the enemy tries to pull us away. Gods greatest gift is forgiveness, dont forget about that.
