A tenant's life is really tough. And society norms are also weird in Delhi-NCR. The mighty folks never follow any rules; instead, they create problems for others. I don't think it has anything to do with religion. This is the culture of Delhi-NCR. I'll only advise you to change the society; this is one advantage of being a tenant. Owners can't do that easily :)

But the downstairs woman, has grabbed all common use areas for herself, since we never objected, to preserve good will and maybe, we were just plain yellow. DEED OF DECLARATION of a apartment shud have by laws clearly mentioned about tenants not parking one plus cars in the parking lot.. And the tenants while giving the rental agreement shud have these by laws clearly mentioned.. Sandeep bhai if ur rental/ lease agreement does not have this parking rules mentioned than the president Mr saani will not have any legal authority to execute the said rules.. Now it's between ur apt owner and Mr saani to get these parking rules if any drafted in ur supplementary rent agreement copy and than execute the said

Yes I faced the same issue with the owner over electricity usages, he locked my submeter does not tell the proper reason for not showing the submeter properly only shows photos of reading. He also has an EGO issue on every question he has only one answer ki chod do kahi aur le lo.

No bye law can be over n beyond the law of the land, there is a limited but crucial role which a society (association) plays in the tenant-landlord relationship, wherein tenant has equal rights like any other resident of the Society, in the very spirit of community living. But unfortunately in India, those elected to uphold the community spirit have ended up as dictators and most of the time making rules void under the common law of the land. Though provisions are there for filing complaints with the police, not much happens in reality. We have a long road to fight against

Tenants ko granted Lia jata hai, society I am staying has no rules for parking especially for owners, all rules and dictatorship exists only for tenants I shifted from one block of society to other block in same society and was asked to pay shifting charges, which I denied . Paisa sab khate hain, kisi bhi level tak sirf tenants par lagu hota hai Dwarka is famous for all this Your all viewpoints are relatable to tenants . Aapne sahi kaha president banke apne ko sochte hain Modiji ke barabar hain, society ke bahar koi nahi puchta

Sandeep bhai ask mr SAANI if ur apt DEED OF DECLARTION has this parking clause or if any apt registered association has this parking clause .. If this clause is not mentioned in any of the above two docs than MR SAANI has to ammend them , ammendement in any by laws needs majority of the apt owners to agree and vote on this clause hence believe it wud take time for them to amend the said parking rules and it cannot be executed now without all owners consent
