They're all just for show. Everybody's super strong. And everybody gets disarmed and beat down. Of course they couldn't flex her too much cause she's powerful as fuck. If she just went full kitsune for every bad guy then we'd have gotten like 3 episodes a season

They literally showed why she couldn't, and didn't want to, go full Kitsune. She had to learn to control her power. Honestly in my opinion, Lydia and Kyra could've been more powerful if they know the full potential of their powers. They both were still figuring out their powers and how to utilize them in battle and control them to their advantage.
