Fun Fact: The song is morphed with Synthesizer V AI. Specfically, Miku and Tsurumaki Maki English (the muffled tone plus soft attack on consonants with accents is definitely Maki), and GUMI with Stardust Infinity (notible hoarse voice with accent, and Stardust's voice is clearly heard in lower notes.)

for people wondering why miku and gumi sound AI like and especially smooth, its highly likely that a software like vocalshifter or zynaptiq MORPH was used to blend them with Synthesizer V AI voicebanks! in gumi’s low notes in particular, the accent you can hear is stardust infinity, who is a chinese native voicebank with english singing capabilities

Kira idk what it is about this song, but its almost makes me emotional how good it is. At this rate seeing how much better your music is getting, your going somewhere HUGE in these next years. And what you've done to their voices gives me the CHILLS oh my god. Gumi at 0:16 sounds crazy. she is real. And RIRI Yamashita doing the movie just brought it all together and now we have this breathtaking song. 🤞I hope this one is going to be streaming soon! Personally I like the Vocaloid version more than Tacitly's but that's just me and my love for vocaloid (and Kira's tuning) :D EDIT: ok i found out he actually mixed them with ai voicebanks. ngl i did hear stardust with gumi so it makes sense now. however that means it wont be able to be streaming, since it goes against a ToS of some kind. Its still great as a cover though!

So I've listened and watched both versions and I just would like to say that the other PV kicked ass and Tacitly killed vocals, but I kind of prefer this from a conceptual level? Like that final line of "Do you think I'll ever find a voice to call my own" works really well when the lyrics are being sung by a program made of _someone else's_ voice. But overall great job to everyone involved this is killing it!
