I downloaded a midi file of the song and a soundfont file for the sega soundfont. I used mixcraft 7 with a plugin called sforzando to put them together. Fl studio or any kind of DAW would work instead of mixcraft 7

1:I downloaded a midi of this song 2: downloaded the "ultimate megadrive soundfont" 3: opened mixcraft 7, then changed the instrument on one track to the sforzando plugin(which you have to download separately), then I imported the megadrive soundfont into sforzando 4: changed the instruments to ones that sound like they're used in sonic games 5: kept tweaking until I was satisfied.
