Wild how much of an instant classic this one is, immediately iconic and nostalgic when the game came out, remixed a lot by fans at first and sure enough by HAL as well. Often more representative of RtDL than its own main theme, it also helps the level it plays in looks magnificent.

It was actually made for Kirby GCN, a scrapped kirby game of which a lot of assets from it were poured into new games, such as this theme and morpho knight.

This is one of my favorite themes from the Kumazaki era. Can't even believe KRTDL will be 10 years old this year. I freaked out so much in that E3 with that trailer. The multiplayer, the KIRBY NGC leitmotif... I was propably the most exciteted I ever got for a Kirby game in my whole life. Especially since I though Kirby GCN had been canceled because of Kirby's Epic Yarn. This song reminds me of that era... the era where Kirby was BACK IN FULL FORCE! (I loved Epic Yarn, btw. I love it very, very much.)

I'm pretty sure the world map in Planet Robobot is reversed from the map in RtDL (You start at the bottom of the map in robobot and the top in rtdl, but go to the right in both games). So by that logic, Resolution Road is in fact a mechanized Nutty Noon.

I think this song, paired with the beautiful background of Nutty Noon either made me wet one of two things. My shorts, or my eyes. Or both. The song is incredible. I have fond memories of sitting for an entire hour in my basement at the start of the level, just listening to the song on repeat while staring into the sunny horizon background of the level. Hell, now that I think about it, the entire level Nutty Noon was just gorgeous overall.

Very true, although Sky Tower wasn’t in Kirby’s Dream Buffet (while A Trip to Alivel Mall takes the place instead and sound similar too as a mall theme) at least it had another arrangement with Northeast Frost Street (which is similar to Planet Earthfall from Kirby Star Allies) in the remake game

Kirby’s 25th anniversary orchestra concert, I have the album physically and digitally on my phone. So I just vibe to the return to dreamland medley any chance I get, especially the sky tower part. It’s my favorite. Also I’m planning on going to Kirby cafe when I’m older so I’m curious if they play that style of Kirby music in the cafe.

nutty noon was honestly the most incredible world imo. I just love the feeling of kirby climbing really high into the sky. I also have a headcanon that the freezing temple in white wafers led to nutty noon, and the starting grassy platform in nutty noon's first level is the first flying island you find AND that kirby did all 5 worlds in 1 day hence the name nutty *noon*

Honestly, the beta Sky Tower music sounds like it was made for earlier hardware than the Wii, like maybe for a GBA or DS game. But because of that, I feel like it has a certain charm to it that's lost in the final version.

Based on its file name, Four Adventurers: Cookie Country is probably not a GCN track. Many of Hirozaku Ando's compositions for the final 2010-2011 build reused leitmotifs from his work on GCN.
