After collecting all 300 of Leon’s Souls in the Forgo Dreams. You get the Leon & Carol figurine, in which it says “These two were the famous leaders of the animal kingdom…until Leon found ID-F86. After that, he began speaking in a language Carol couldn’t understand-she only speaks in meows-and formed the brutal Beast Pack. She still believed in him, so she formed a new identity of her own and followed along.” This means that when Leon first saw ID-F86 he got corrupted (just like Dedede) which explains why his eyes turn purple halfway through the fight. The way he spoke to Kirby before the battle also suggests by this figurine that it was ID-F86 controlling Leon from when we first landed in the Point of Arrival Also, one more thing. I just realized that the “However, 30 years after our research began” line during the Tour to get to top level of Lab Discovera could be a reference to Kirby’s Dreamland releasing 30 years ago (in our time)

The timeline is confusing though. So, IDF86 was caught a *long* time ago, 30 years after that Elfilin was created and IDF86 was left without its other half. Some *unknown* amount of time later, the intelligent people left the planet, and then another unknown amount of time later, Leon found Lab Discovera. How old is Elfilin? 5 years? 10 years? Are we in the past? Is Fecto Elfilis attacking this world the big catastrophe that Hyness mentioned?

i believe it was stated in one of the figurines that when leon came into contact with ID-F86 his soul was scattered and ID-F86 was taking the place as his new soul.

That 30 years is interesting to me, because the ending and how Elfilin speaks about his recovery in the post game heavily suggest that time moves slower in forgotten land. For all we know, what was 5 seconds to Kirby could have been a whole year in forgotten land. So, it could be that Fecto Elfilis was one of the first Dark Matters (I'm mostly thinking this because of the second phase of Chaos Elfilis fight).

How did the people of the forgotten land defeat Elfilis? Galacta knight. He is the strongest warrior in the galaxy, as we know from various quotes and pause screens. Stardream from Planet Robobot even says, before summoning Galacta knight, "Let us bring back a swordsman from a FORGOTTEN time."

Has anyone considered this might be the origin of the ancients? They said the people of this world harnessed the creatures teleportation powers which is in the form of the star seen in the final boss and we've only seen technology from the ancients use this kind of portal similar to the creature such as Magalor's ship and star dream.

Not to mention the Crystal and it's shards from Kirby 64 has that capability too. It could be that other similar crystals were used by the ancients to create the star shaped warps. A ship could have crash landed on Ripple Star ages ago and the crystal ended up eventually in the hands of the fairys

We were the science ancients all along! and the World of Dreams we retreated to? ...we'd need something capable of granting wishes to create something like that...something like stardream and the other models floating around deep space. I know its not confirmed that the forgotten land is earth, but i like to think of it as such. Gives humanity a better ending than "died on shiverstar" while still keeping the whole "we're all gone" thing

This is might be the same space time incident that caused Haltmann to separate from Susie. I think Haltmann used to work at Lightron Works before the accident. But the incident caused the company to split up into the other corporations. He would then take/replicate the space technology they made from Fecto in an attempt to get her back. Haltmann may have discovered Star dreams blueprints during his search

The people of the world that captures ID-F86 are probably the ancient ones, the ones that build magalor boat, the master crown and the Nova comets, the ancient ones traped void termina and galacta knight si they are capable of capturing fecto elfilis, if this Is true the people of the forgoten land would have moved to halcandra and maybe even to shiver star. The evidencie from this Is that the Rift that elfilis open are similar to the ones that the Lore cutter open and the ones magalor open using the master crown

@@Nin10doland Huge development: check the novelization of Return to Dreamland. Meta Knight's reaction to the Lor starcutter makes him talk about what he knows about the ancients. He says that they built multiple colonies and inventions with dimensional teleportation. It's possible shiver star is just ONE of several places the ancients ended up

I honestly think that the "land of dreams" the scientists went to was Shiver Star, before the eternal snow took over it and possibly killed the life force of the planet, because if technology and buildings were there in the Forgotten Land, before and after nature claimed it, then it would make sense for Shiver Star to be the location they went to due to that being the only planet that has technology there (at least as far as I remember from Kirby 64) And Elfilis grabbing PopStar to make it clash into The Forgotten Land, along with spawning portals to pull in almost everything and everyone there, is maybe because Elfilis thought that was the land of dreams instead, due to Shiver Star looking lifeless and dull, with the only planet that seems to be still living is the moon next to it This is my guess/assumption though

That's my guess to. The Land of Dream thing probably reffers to Kirby's universe rather than something s specific as Dedede's autoproclaimed kingdom on Planet Popstar, which shouldn't even exist at that point. Them going directly to Shiver Star makes way more sense. If they didn't it would mean there would be two different humanities running around, which is pretty stupid.

I believe the fact that you access it from town instead from some secondary 'what if' menu means that all of the colloseum and the continuation are canon. Including the fact that Morpho Knight now exists and Kirby has fougth the butterfly.

Along with all this, i've been meaning to say this for a while. So we all know Kirby's habit of having the world names spell things, right? Well, the main game worlds spell NEWWORL, clearly for New World, but the letter D is missing. (Yes, I know, haha.) However, it might not be. I think a good choice would be to just default to "Oh, Lab Discovera has the D", but I don't think that's it. Remember where Kirby ends up after Lab Discovera, in the Cutscene- Dreamland. That is where the last letter is. No I will not take questions-

Corrections: *The new world is referred to as a Sekai (世界), which makes it be either in some dimension or maybe another universe, but not in the same universe as Kirby's. The portal closed at the end of the main story also was connecting between both "worlds" even tho the portal was in space, and time isn't the same in Popstar and in the "new world" as Elfilin made a portal back immediately while dialogue states that some more time happened in between that. *The people of the new world having captured Fecto "is a feat", but nothing our humanity wouldn't be able to do even dozens of years in the past. Fecto was just attacking the animals of that planet, not trying to destroy it, or destroy the dominant species, meaning that the latter had plenty of room to mess them by surprise or while they sleep, they can sedate or drug them. If you already presume they HAD to go in hard combat with that thing 1v1 or 1vArmy to stop them or destroying the planet trying, then sure, that's quite the feat, and also makes them the dumbest realistic & modern civilization I have ever seen. *You really did mix speculation and theory with being informative over saying that Dream Land is that place that civilization went into, it holds no water. Nothing contradicts it, sure, but the reasons to reach that idea are not good at all. **First, the options to where to go are an unknown place, an unknown place related to Fecto's ability to make dreams of their own making a real place to go to, and since we're at it places with "dream" in their names like Dream Land, but then again it might also be the Dream Kingdom and Dreamscape. ***But then Dream Land is called Pupupu Land in Japan. **The place they went to being related to Fecto's dream abilities makes much more sense on its own, especially when if we reasonably speculate that they, on top of having made tech to copy that power from Fecto, also copied their powers to make the place as their own liking, manipulate it and create beings from memories. I mean, the copy is Sillydino is slightly implied to be immortal, people getting their hands on immortality would be quite the motivator for a whole race to leave their planet. **There is no record of any people having gone to Dream Land like that, which is extra odd if no one remembers this or went since so long ago that no one would exist to remember, and if it's the latter then why did they never recorded their history? **Fecto wanting to make Popstar clash with the "new world" having anything to do with your theory is forced since you omit to point out that they knew this is the planet of the guy who just defeated and humiliated them, it is a neutral point to make. *Dismiss the post-game as noncanon makes no sense, the reason you use makes you have the burden of proof for it, you can't already presume the contrary even if it wasn't a bland continuation of the same story. *What you mean that we never had a continuation of the story right before saying that we did in other game modes? Heroes in Another Dimension was both a continuation of the story and another game mode, so was Revenge of the King and the last part of Meta Knightmare Ultra (the fight against Galacta Knight was stated to have happened in the Kirby 20th Anniversary Encyclopedia), you're giving misinformation by normalizing to people that they cannot be both w/o any reason for it.

If im not mistaking from previous game Kirby Star Allies, there are 2 ancients, "ancient technology" and "ancient magic" (or whatever it's called) "ancient technology" create something like: Lor starcutter, Nova, and so on. "Ancient magic" also make something like: starrod, master crown, etc. It's getting interesting here, Lor Starcutter can create a vortex, to travel between planet like popstar to halcandra... I assuming that, after capturing ID-F86 they making a ship that can travel between planet? And that was Lor Starcutter. Maybe Lor Starcutter has a pieces power from ID-F86? I mean both ID-F86 and Lor Starcutter vortex have same shape: Star... In other hand Master Crown... One of the creation "ancient magic". When Magolor wear this thing, he can also create a vortex.... So maybe this 2 ancients work together to defeat ID-F86... And use it's power? Idk... It's my theory Also... You can hear Another Dimension theme remix in this game...

Prior to Kirby landing at the Point of Arrival, the remnants of Fecto Elfilis now named Fecto Forgo was using the Beast Pack as manual labor and a source of energy to become stronger and break free from confinement. The mind controlled beasts were capturing the waddle dees to be used as another source of energy and to hunt down its missing half Elfilin. It probably had some of its energy drained after the inhabitants used its power to create spatial teleportation tech to allow them to move to another planet. It may have been centuries since the civilization journeyed off to the cosmos beyond since the New World now looks Post Apocalyptic.

If the forgotten land is indeed Shiver Star, it doesn't explain -The animals (There is only robots that are unique to shiver star) -The apparently time difference (Elfilin rescue by kitty) - Shiver star is fully frozen, the land is only frozen at one region - Shiver Star has been forgotten because of humans and their robots, not an alien - Shiver star is in the same universe as Dreamland, the forgotten land is not

I think the forgotten land was earth and the same place as shiver star. They said the people who lived there went to the land of dreams (dreamland). This probably connects to why Adeline is on planet popstar. It could also explain where many of the earth animal characters originated from. But that’s just my theory

DUDE! I also thought it was insane how the people of the forgotten land managed to capture elfillis, I mean the guy is a GOD/ANGEL THING that can SMASH PLANETS TOGETHER BY PULLING THEM THROUGH PORTALS! He can WARP, control Minds, telekinesis, summon spears, thats why I think the guys who captured him were probably the ancients! Its insane how they managed to capture him before they had the warp tech. Someone made a theory that galacta knight was around when they captured him, so maybe he helped

I think this has great theory potential. I’m mostly thinking about Magalor and how he opens Star shaped rifts, and how Adeleine is the only human who might have been part of the forgotten land. The theory for Adeleine gives me great curiosity. Let’s say the people of the forgotten land were humans, and these people discovered a land of dreams (Popstar) and were probably planning on making it a tour destination with their warp technology. I think that even though ID-F86 was sealed away in the Eternal Capsule, the scientists still feared that even though they had miraculously sealed, they saw it’s power slowly rising despite being dormant. In case of emergency, they instead made Planet Popstar an evacuation planet should things go wrong. 30 years later…..a great surge of power is sensed coming from ID-F86. The forgotten land is put in state of emergency, and everyone must gather in 1 location to prepare to go through the warp to Planet Popstar. But you see, despite their miraculous technology, the warp wasn’t perfect. ID-F86 wouldn’t allow them to 100% use its power, more like 99%. That’s where the Treasure Roads came in. They were most likely called something different, but in past experiments traversing to totally different planets seemed to require to travel though the inter dimensional roads, it wasn’t a complete instant travel, which is why the needed everyone to gather and travel together to ensure everyone safety on the road. So what exactly was this incident? And how was Adeline involved? Well (in a sad story kind of way) Adeleine got separated from her family during the entire emergency evacuation commotion. All the people were ready, and started crossing the rift into the Treasure Road. ID-F86 sensed that everyone was attempting to escape all at once……so once it knew everyone was in, it used its power to redirect the destination of the Treasure Road and closed the entrance. The people were lost, forgotten, and never seen again. Though ID-F86 made a miscalculation, as 2 people remained, Adeleine and the lady who made the recording for Lab Discovera. Luckily the lady being part of Lab Discovera was given the one and only personal rift opening device, that after much testing seemed to be able to bypass Treasure Road. A true dimensional connection, though because it uses great power, it can only be used once. ID-F86 started to separate, and fear for the safety of Adeleine, she gave her rift device to her and asked her to find the people on the destination planet (she didn’t know their travel was redirected, only that the rift closed), she will be safe with them. The lady stayed behind to report on any last information she could on ID-F86 for the slim chance the people returned. …..man I believe I thought about this in the fly. Just made up a whole fanfiction that definitely needs some work and might contradict other stuff. Still, I think the theories from forgotten land are gonna be awesome.

Bandana Waddle Dee has dialogue that disappears after you start the post-game where he mentions that Elfilin was out for several hours before being saved by Clawroline. This suggests that time between Popstar and 'The new world' aren't the same when not directly connected via rifts.

12:00 what possibly happened that the times between dream land and the forgotten land were different as in post game, Elfilin said that Clawroline helped him recover so he can come back to Kirby, the two sides are in different dimensions so the time between the worlds must be different

I think there might be two ancient groups here. The humans came from the forgotten land. Their incident happened like 30 years ago or so. They probably left to Dream Land but no one knows where they're at now. I mean Adeleine lives on Pop Star and is human. The people from the forgotten land were all about science. And then there are the Ancients we know of from Magolor. They created things like the Lor Starcutters, Fountains of Dreams, the Master Crown, Galactic Nova, basically all kinds of legendary artefacts. Their four heros of yore sealed Void Termina away many many many years ago. They are all about magic and stuff, similar to Hyness probably. The humans, who focused on science, stopped Elfilis and contained it for experiments. Later gaining the ability of teleportation and left. The Ancients, who focused on magic, sealed Void Termina away and created artefacts to bring them to a world of paradise. Both groups might have ended up in the same location, Dream Land. However the Ancients disappeared long before the humans arrived from the forgotten land. Also the language of the ancients, for example found in the Lor, doesn't match the language of the people from the forgotten land. So that's why I don't think both groups are the same at all. The Ancients originate from somewhere else still.

I’m pretty sure Dedede lost to the beast pack minions in front of the elevator since Dedede doesn’t come run to Kirby’s aid and instead those enemies appear from the area with the elevator.

If you actually beat forgo dreams, get the ending, and go to the waddle dee theater, you can rewatch the forgo dreams ending, which is entitled as "True Ending". It's 110% confirmed, Forgo Dreams is canon. Morpho Knight, Leon being saved, all of it, canon.

I think Elflin's tears and then appearing later could have been a double fake-out. Elflin thought he was dead, but most likely was off-camera just as shocked as Kirby and us, the audience, when he realized he was still alive.

He explains in the post game that he was nursed back to health by Clawroline, which suggests time works differently in the Forgotten Lands and Dreamland. For Kirby, it was just a few seconds before he saw Elfilin again but for Elfilin's POV, it likely was longer.

I have beat this game ending,true,and secret I love the bosses the final boss is so majestic and it adds hidden lore in Kirby true ending it’s a wholesome ending and secret is way harder I recommend who want a easier time get a certain suit in the true ending and learn it well and an extra life bar because the black hole is very hard to not get suck it but you shouldn’t have much a problem and the ending is ok not as exciting I wish we could fight soul forgo to keep the tradition but whatever

Honestly, the Forgotten Land is DEFINITELY a future version of Earth, maybe after a discovery of space travel (with help from the specimen’s wormhole ability) to try and escape their own destruction and colonize other planets. speaking of Post-Apocalyptic Earth in Kirby, Shiver Star from Kirby and the Crystal Shards might be another alternate timeline of Earth separate from the forgotten land, or the Forgotten Land is Shiver Star in the future. I mean, it DOES make sense, a majority of the enemies here that aren’t in any other Kirby games are earth animals (Leongar is a Lion, there’s some Lizards with concrete on them, the entire beast pack is just earth animals). Also, if the people from the Forgotten Land went to Planet Popstar (aka Dream Land) and they were just the waddle dees and other current inhabitants of Popstar, then HOW does nobody remember anything about the land. For Elfilis knowing about Planet Popstar, Maybe Elfilin’s were copied INTO Fecto Elfilis since it’s a fusion of the Forgo blob thingy and Elfilin. Elfilin (I’m pretty sure) knows about Planet Popstar, they were likely told about it, so that means Elfilis knew about Popstar and Kirby as well, and it’s likely why they decided to throw the planet into their own. Another theory between Shiver Star and the Forgotten Land. Maybe Shiver Star is where the people of the Forgotten Land went with the Warp Powers of the Specimen. Maybe back when the planet wasn’t frozrn, Shiver Star was habitable and almost exactly like earth, but after warping there, they built machines and things, possibly even a machine that could control the weather? Some machines malfunctioned and the machines also messed up the atmosphere too much, causing the planet to go into that ice age. This would also explain the somewhat similar Factories and Buildings in Shiver Star to the final world of Forgotten Land. Giant crushers, all that stuff.

MAJOR SPOILER ALERT! Apparently, during The Ultimate Cup Z, it was supposed to be a normal day in the Colloseum (contestants fighting each other), but nobody was prepared for Fecto Elfilis (now Chaos Elfilis) to enter the arena. And it was VERY UNCONVENTIONAL. Instead of going to Kirby for a fight, Chaos Elfilis decides to have Kirby go to him in Forgo Dreams. This almost shut the Colloseum down, but Commentator Waddle Dee (the Colloseum's announcer) decided to continue, and it paid off. So it's canon.

The figurines reveal that every resident that got pulled through the portal at the beginning was in the Forgotten Land for months before Kirby arrived. It's entirely possible that it took Elfilin a long time and a lot of work to open another portal to planet Popstar. Maybe he didn't think he would be able to when he close the portal at the end, hence the crying, he really thought this was goodbye.

So just as a heads up. *Everything* in this game is canon. Unlike the previous games which had menus to navigate through, everything that happens in Waddle Dee Town is canon. Which means yes, at some point Kirby did indeed do some fishing, helped out the Waddle Dees working at the Waddle Dee Café, played some Tilt and Roll Kirby, evolved his Copy Abilities and enhanced their power and gathered various of Figurines from the Gotcha Machines in his spare time. It also means for the first time The Colosseum (which works like The Arenas or The Ultimate Choice from the previous games) is canon to the series.

My theory is that the humans went to Halcandra after the forgotten land because of the similarity between Fecto Elfilis’ portals and the portals made by the Lor Starcutter. After that, I have no idea what happens to the humans, they do make Star Dream, and the Novas at some point, so that may have made them go extinct from Star Dream, but they might have also arrived on Planet Popstar which is supported by the presence of Adeline.

Side theory, I am 99% sure that the planet we explore in forgotten land is Earth, as there are human objects lying around that seem to specific for another alien race to have, the lab voice speaks in English(or whatever language you have your game set to), which has never been done in a Kirby game before, and finally, there is literally a lion, an armadillo, and a leopard that the game specifically refers to as a leopard, which is obviously the name us humans use for that type of cat

That's right - *We* are the Ancients from the Lore, though a different creature is a stand-in for our Human Biology. Like you said, Humans in Kirby Lore look more like Adeleine, Haltmann and Susie than our IRL bodies. In Kirby Lore, the Ancients (aka Humanity) became so Advanced in Technology and Magic that when the alien parasite Fecto Elfilis invaded their world, they managed to fight it long enough to trap it in the Eternity Capsule, and forcing it into a dormant state. Researching its Space-Bending abilities boosted the Ancients' Scientific progress exponentially, and soon enough Intergalactic Space Travel became commonplace. This boom in technology is likely why the Magic Culture component of the race started getting concerned about the Tech Culture people turning on them - a concern that proved correct when the Aeon Warrior Galacta Knight went mad with power. After being sealed in a crystalline prison (much like the entity Galacta Knight had helped imprison long ago, Void Termina), the Magic Tribe was captured and cast out to the far-flung reaches of the universe by the Technology Tribe - afraid of anything they can't explain scientifically, they had set up Galacta Knight for being too strong to control, and used the Magic Tribe to remove the threat before doing a similar thing to them! After ruining their Home Planet, the Tech Civilization used the power they had developed to leave their world, traveling across the Stars - where they ended up is still somewhat unknown, but they never returned to this world... Evolution occured to the animals that were left behind, as Nature began reclaiming the Forgotten Land...

I want to say, Earth?, is MUCH faster that on planet popstar, because later in the post-game, elfilin mentions that clawroline saved him and kept him safe after maybe he passed out or something i dont know, there is no way this happened in just 5 seconds, it could have taken days, weeks, maybe even months! this also backs up the "Fecto elfilis is void termina" theory because after defeating void termina in kirby star allies, its essence was somehow transported to the galaxy that Earth/the forgotten land is. And reincarnated into fecto elfilis and started the reign of terror, this explains the 30 year gap between it starting to attack and it being split into elfilin and forgo so that comfirms that it started attacking right after you defeated it in kirby star allies even though kirby arrived on to Earth/Forgotten land only a few days later, so in conclusion, it makes perfect sense, time is faster in Earth's/ forgotten land's galaxy. Hey, has anyone else noticed that one of Fecto Elfilis' attacks they summoned spears from the sky and then when they land on the ground, they cause a shock wave. Sounds a lot like Void Termina, and Void Termina got all his attacks from memories, so maybe Elfilis is a hero of yore but turned corrupted by the time they reach the Forgotten Land and Elfilin was said to be the nice compassionate half of Fecto Elfilis and Fect Forgo is the invasive power half. Not a lot to go on but that was my theory when I first saw the ending.

I don't think that the "forgotten land people" are the current inhabitants of Dream Land because: 1) how many years have passed? The Popstar is pretty ancient as planet so this should mean that Forgo waited for at least centuries before find it, but (I don't remember when it has been said) you told in another video that only 30 years have been passed since Elfilis escaped, so in 30 years people moved from a planet to another and magically forgot everything? 2) why does no waddle dee mention that? They just returned to their original planet and don't say anything about it? 3) why Leon clearly distinguish the Dream Land from the world of dreams? Not sure if people are coming to this conclusion too, but I think the world where Kirby and rhe gang end up is actually where the ancients originally came from where both the science and magic ancients lived. But once the science ancients were able to replicate the warp ability from Elfalis, they left their world and traveled the other dimensions for eons. What makes it more interesting is the fact that the wormhole is the same shape as the other wormholes created throughout the past kirby games (low star cutter, star dream, heck kirby's main ride is called the warp star). Also, I think that time passes faster in the forgotten lands compared to kirby's universe because when Elfalin used up all his power to close the wormhole, he was found and treated by Clawaline until he got better and strong enough to open a stable wormhole. Also, this possible goes in line with the fact that when the wormhole opened the first time, everyone was brought in but it seemed like it was weeks or even months until kirby showed up seeing as waddle dee town was built before kirby arrived and drestroyed a few minutes before kirby got there

In Kirby Planet Robobot, during the Haltman fight, there is a planet that resembles earth, despite being on popstar. Mind that this is before Star Dream took Haltman's soul. So what if Haltman was taking the power of Popstar to create a vortex to the forgotten land, and take back forgo, and capturing elfilin.

Who's to say that the former inhabitants of the Forgotten Land didn't have powers? While their world has parallels to our human society that doesn't necessarily mean they were human. Perhaps they were ultra powerful and capturing Elfilis was a piece of cake. That may raiss more questions than answers but it can still be plausible. Maybe the civilization isn't actually ultra powerful and Elfilis let them take him for some reason and things didn't go as he planned.
