How do tou kill the bosses in one hit? Is it the buffs or a glitch

This particular video uses no glitches and the entire damage is accounted for with buffs. However since then my new record is 27.41 and this uses a "glitch". If u die 6 times to a boss before replaying it the boss will only have 35% health which allows for new strategies.
