I had a realization while listening to this during a car ride home that the company are kinda like Pikmin. No cause like We got General - red Pikmin (cause there the one you meet first in all the games, and reds seem to have a commanding presence) Odd one - yellow Pikmin (yes this is a nod to the fact that yellows were the only one who could carry bombs in Pikmin 1) Proud one - blue Pikmin (the sword reminds me of pirates, where are pirates common, water, blue Pikmin can safely go in water) Old one - bulbmin (little guy who is equally as adorable as the rest, while being slightly different) Glum one - white Pikmin (same as bitter one and bleak one, but more mellowed out) Bitter one - purple Pikmin (they have that strong and tough personality that matches purples) Cautious one - glow Pikmin (the glow Pikmin are cautious of the player captain when you first meet them, heck they didn’t even interact with yonny while he was studying the lumiknoll) Cutesy one - winged Pikmin (look me in the eyes of my bigman profile pic and tell me that cutesy one is not a winged Pikmin, I dare you /j. Seriously though the parasol as an ability is the icing on the cake) Bleak one - rock Pikmin (tough as stone (get it) but still a little guy in the end) Lost one - ice Pikmin (sweet and adorable, but still just as dangerous when needed to be)

This is perfection. I've never played Pikmin before, only watched gameplay here and there but I was searching as I was reading your message and yes, I totally see it. The Yellow Pikmin fact is one I somehow didn't know, I wanted OddOne to have bombs since he's the "Jokey Smurf" of the team but also since The Noise from Pizza Tower was known to use various bombs and he's 33% based on him. That is just perfect!

I just remembered something. OldOne uses Mike. Mike is one of two power-ups available in the first _Kirby's Dream Land_ with the other being Sweet Potato / Mint Leaf. That is some very good attention to detail. OldOne is *as* old-school as can be!

According to Google, Cœur Solotaire is French for “lonely heart”, but it also sounds a bit like the word “Corsair”, another word for pirate… and the song sounds much like a sea shanty… I see what you did there. Edit: Also, lowkey love what you did for CautiousOne’s theme. Medieval instrumentation plus dubstep alarm sounds is a surprisingly awesome combo, and especially fitting.

@@victoriam.8652 Thank you, Vic! Well, first, you gotta be ready to spend a loooot of time on it. Second, choose your software of choice! You're lucky, nowadays, there are a ton of free software that you can choose from. That was a big issue when I was a kid... (Blender is mine but it is a bit tricky at first. OpenToonz and Krita are good choices too.) Third, I would recommend learning about the 12 Principles of Animation. Alan Becker (You may know them as the creator of the series "Animator vs Animation" or his Stickfigures series on KZbin.) has his own take on them. They are very interesting and should give you a headstart when it comes to animating characters. After that, it's up to you to go in the direction you prefer, but don't forget this: -It's encouraged to use references whenever you can, people telling you otherwise are ill-informed and honestly won't learn the good way. -DO NOT compare yourself to others, EVER. You can get inspired by someone's work and study it but the "I'll never be as good as X or I'll never be as famous as Y" mindeset, none of that! -Everyone is learning still, it's not a competition. We're all cruising the animation sea, some of us just started earlier and kept at it, so of course they are far ahead but they started from the same point. And you'll get there if you are motivated enough!

My favorite characters are Kirby , ribbon chuchu gooey meta knight queen ripple the dark matter clan zero prince fluff ( love how goth ado have a baby zero two for a baby😚) I draw a lot of things and sometimes I get by a lot of cool and creative stuff so much to the point that sometimes I was told that it was copied stuff:( I'm not trying to copy others but I just really like it... @@victoriam.8652 Haha! I'm glad you liked Dark Ado's 0² minion! Also, when you're starting, it's good to be inspired by others and understand how they work. I got inspired by many people on KZbin when I first started. Videos I would make in 2007 were straight up replicas of another person but with my characters slapped on it. Then, in 2014, my shading was just that of another animator lol Humble beginnings, we all start somewhere, and while I had this channel since 2010 and have been drawing since 2005, only now do I feel like I'm really proud of what I make and I think I've found my own style and "marque de fabrique". But the reason I kept going all those years was because I was just having fun making little stories with my own creations and didn't care what others would say!

I love how OldOne looks in his lower left picture. He's just a little guy like his bros, even if he seems like an old soul. X) You get so much mileage out of this tune, it's really neat. He's uses Copy, he copied ProudOne and BitterOne in episode 7. The sparks are an indication that something is going on and he's powered up, since he doesn't have a hat like the others to show it. I do understand how it looks like Crash, however.

@@PangotheEevee I didn't say Kirby's Copy copy ability doesn't have a visor but that LostOne doesn't need one, his whole deal is being subtle and "different" and it worked! Crash also has a hat nowadays, if we don't count the anime.✌️ Besides, the show is 10 episodes in, I'm not changing an entire established idea like that. :P

Thank you! Fun fact, out of all of The Company's songs, this one was the one that took the longest to get right and I wasn't feeling too good about it at the time. The song was THIS close from being called "Defeatist" which was both fitting for GlumOne and how I felt with this song before the final version!
