350g Self Raising Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
85g Butter (Cubed)
3 Tbsp Caster Sugar
175ml Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract (For Cake)
Egg for Egg wash
2 Tbsp Icing Sugar
500ml Double Cream
1 tsp Vanilla Extract (For cream)
250g Strawberry Jam
21 Strawberries
Mint Leaves
Chocolate Wafer Tubes
