I actually really like the ending to this. We actually get a happy ending for Hyness and the mages. Not only that but if you read the descriptions we find out that before Hyness went insane he was actually a really nice guy and I can see why the mages look up to him so much

Here’s a story I think works After the events of Kirby Star Allies, Void Termina was defeated and peace was brought back and all that, however, Hyness was beyond furious that all his efforts were for nothing, so he began to chant and chant for a way to bring back his dark lord yet again, and eventually, he got one, a portal to a world that already had a dark jamba heart filled, however, in this process, Hyness went insane, and became corrupted by the already filled Jamba heart, he was given the desire to fill the heart with more and more power, and eventually, himself yet again, back when he went through the portal in the first place, the mage sisters noticed his absence rather fast, they looked all around for him, and eventually came across a set of 5 portals, and they began to look around them, with their abilities combined they were able to make it through each area, but to no avail, eventually, Kirby got word of these portals and the fact that they contained friend heart scattered all over, so he began to explore these portals as well, having powers the mage sisters didn’t, Kirby and his friends got through much quicker, and got to Hyness first, only to find a full Jamba heart, and Hyness inside, and when Hyness broke out, everyone knew he wasn’t himself. So they fought, and after the fight the mage sisters caught up to them, only to find Hyness discolored and unconscious, seeing Kirby, hatred began to boil in the three, from the past, and the present, yet they seemed to not be quite like themselves either, they seemed... corrupted as well, and so Kirby and his allies fought the mage sisters as well, and then they knew what to do after, all the friend hearts were scattered for a reason, and that was because the Jamba heart was unleashed, and so to counter what the Jamba heart did to the four Jamba acolytes (that’s what I’ll call them) Kirby gathered the power of every friend heart he collected, and saved the lives of the three mage sisters yet again, the three only agreed to give Kirby a way out, his trusty warp star, and seeing their kindness, and the fact that there was actually some friend heart power left, on the fly out, Kirby dropped the remaining power onto Hyness, and saved him as well, the mage sisters, know very great full to the little pink puff, joined him on his adventures after this time And that’s the story of how I think all this went down, with everything in the background too

Oh okay I see. You get a cute picture for getting all 120. I was trying to find the difference. I finished with 115 and noticed I didn't get the picture it showed just now on yours. So that's the only REAL difference then. I also got a heart stamp over the icon on the main menu, so it doesn't have to be 120 to get that. Seems like the photo is the true difference.

If you get under 100 Hearts, you will get the bad ending, where after your Hearts are Counted, Instead of friending the Mages, you just walk away, and suspense for around 7 Seconds.
