For anyone curious, we didn't really have any body who knew amazing mirror that well to commentate on our couch, so we recruited a friend of ours and told him to make as many Kirby puns as possible

I think if its an accurate emulator it would be the same lag. It's because you use 4 carts to do multiplayer, but it using files from one cart. This just causes crazy lag

It's funny, Swordsmankirby is actually a lot better of a runner then me in this game. He has a 3 min faster time then me in single player runs, but I was better at executing the harder tricks in the coop run since I was better on console and anticipating lag then he was lol

One time I was fighting the final boss and I had all the kirbys and somehow all the copy abilities disappeared and were gone except for red Kirby and red Kirby wasn't doing anything to help and he was just standing there and everybody died and I had to retry the fight

missile is my favorite copy ability. maybe it shouldn't come back as its own ability but perhaps a new move for bomb. It could be the bomb up B. who else thinks this should happen?

Master hand is actually a Kirby reference in smash bros. 64 and up. Master hands first appearance is in the original Kirby for gameboy, he appears on the game over screen. Crazy hand, on the other hand, is from Smash bros melee.

We did japanese cause we both had one available to us. We both run on japanese in single player runs so we just did it for that. And since swordsmankirby sucks at missile, the extra damage does help ;)

Japanese versions are way easier to get through text boxes and the Missile actually does more damage in the Japanese version. Also, they both had these because they both do singleplayer speedruns of this game (it was convenient).

Holy crap, I find this game absolutely confusing as HELL. Which is why I just stopped playing it(makes me enjoy Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land so much more). You have people who can speed run through it? Just amazing. Oh yea and the jokes? You guys need to up your "game". ;)

Speedrunners tend to play games in Japanese because unskippable dialogue boxes are much quicker than English.
