Kirby Triple Deluxe - Masked Dedede Boss Fight (No Damage)

Another no damage boss battle. This time it's the semi-final boss from Kirby Triple Deluxe's Story Mode: Masked Dedede.
It took me quite a few attempts to find the best way for a no damage run. I didn't have many trouble with Phase 1, however, Phase 2 can be pretty difficult. I ended up using the Hammer ability instead of the Beetle one. The Hammer ability makes it easier to avoid ost of the attacks in Phase 2. However, it makes Phase 1 a bit more difficult.

It would be better as a final smash in my opinion. Like Kirby's, with the small quick slashes being with the axes. He'd get dizzy for a second, shake it off, pull out a huge ass metal hammer from his ass, holds it back for a few seconds (and it grows like the ultra sword), then lets loose with the hammer that's like twice his size. And he'd put on the mask first of course.

May I just point out two awesome details from this bossfight? If you look closely enough, you can see some strings attached to Dedede's limbs. What strings? *Puppet* strings. Because at the same time, you can also see Taranza controlling Dedede's *every* move in the background, using the strings attached to him, just *like* a puppeteer. Or, a "Master of Puppetry", like his theme song says.

It takes true passion for your characters to come up with something more unique to them. ***** Well, the omission of Ice Climbers is just because the capacities of the 3DS. About the others, yes, they could easily add the three clones as alternate costumes (even Lucina, she could be a alternate costume for Marth, even though it doesn't make so much sense they sharing moveset). We have the koopalings and Alph but they could go further with "new character costumes". They could put Lucas, Ninten, Ana and Paula as Ness costumes, Dixie as Diddy's, Medusa as Palutena's, Wolf (and even Falco) as Fox's, Galacta Knigth as Meta Knigth's... well the list can go on as far as your imagination can, and it's an awesome way to put more "character" with fair less effort than making a clone.

Yeah it's supposed to be the strongest power-up in the game. Since Super Star it has always been the go-to power-up for winning things like these with ease. Try the hammer uppercut and you'll see what I mean by it's insane damage.
