Correction on S3, yato can only do 18 hits to a single enermy with a max total of 57785 damage, because how circle works. The "projectile" has a radius of 0.51 tile, moves at 8 tile per second, deals damage every frame, and extends its range by 0.3 tile per hit. Where it really shines is that while the skill is active, Yato is invincible, so things like thorn chest, or those exploding slug can't damage Yato while most of the damage is being done.

I went for P3 (+1 from a token set to make her P4) but it took everything and I managed to dig deep into my OP reserves for the first time ever it feels like. No regrets though as I'm totally satisfied.

I know the feeling of getting an operator on the guaranteed pity. It happened to me with Ash, and it was horrendous. Luckily, Yato was much kinder to me.

0:25 back then, Courier was my vanguard, and my only 6-stars were Shining and Nightingale I did have Yato, but I didn't use her because I figured Courier was better

I use skill 2 alot more than skill 3, skill 3 is very situational IMO.

I got lucky in Yalter banner considering it was my first time playing in a collab event. Got 3 copies of her ONLY and it was really worth spending all my orundum (got like 50K that time).

I POT 6 HER! 😂 Just for the reason that Yato was my girl when I need fast redeploys early on (no gravel or any others) and she's in a collab that might never re run ever again (if they do, they better do R6 too!). Now I'm bankrupt but she's super worth it. Next pull is gonna be the summer event so, no problems here.

I got Yato Alter and Noir Alter in just 30 pulls, both Pot2. But I won't build her. Somehow I just don't like her. I started since February this year, and I did build Texas Alter because I was new and she'd boost my account by a lot. Now that I have a lot more to play with, I just don't feel the pressure anymore, and can choose whichever ops I want to build.

Powercreep is not a problem in itself, and thus doesn't need a solution. The game is ~4 years old. It would be a problem if there WASN'T any sense of increased power after all that time. They need people to spend money. There's no reason to spend money if you get fuck-all from doing so.

I got her with the free 10 pulls and noire toke me like 15 pulls, as for the skill while S3 is very strong I am more biased toward her S2 since unlike S3 who need to have many ennemies in front of her to reach it's full potential, S2 does it's full damag as soon as you place her and don't get me start on the true AOE who delete everything in a few second it's very strong.

well, she only drained a singular 1x headhunting permit for me... ...because i didn't want her, therefore i skipped it. i pulled both of my 10x collab permits and got a few yellow certs though so that's cool ig also wdym Tsukinogi is one of the strongest meta operators out there

Really hope we get less of these press skill and win (or in the case of yato, deploy and win) ops. Like at this point in playing the game I have no reason to care about yet another gigazillion damage operator. Just makes the game kinda boring cause theres nothing to be excited about really

Nice video but...can we..can we just stop shaming people for using specific operator?Am honestly starting to have less fun using some 6 star operator because i feel like am "braindead for using them" yet i love these Operator and i also realy dont have the material to build every single other 4-5-6 star i have on my account to make more "big brain play" and "change thing up".What am trying to getting at is that these operator are a pain in the both to level up and get ready to use so one would almost be stupid to not invest their resource in operator that are great/amazing/op and instead focus on the weaker/more niche Operator option...anyway,it be great if people stop calling other braindead (even as a joke) for using shit like texas alt/yato alt/Młynar/Gavial alt/NTR knight/chen alt/ling/Surtr/silverash/Eyjafjalla/etc...(probably forgot a few).

Maybe its because i nearly never used a guide (even when that mean losing medal/oginium) but usualy,when we have a new event/mechanic,the couple last map of the event generaly feel quite tough even with meta unit.The game dev usualy take into consideration that a bunch of people are going to have said "busted" unit and make the levels while thinking of that.Its not like the level are going to automaticaly clear themselve by magic if you have the op operator either,you still need to get the right timing/placement...do you think its also cheating when you play C.C?

Lemme give you my thoughts on that, though it might end up being a bit to read through. I'll give a nice little tl;dr at the bottom, just in case you ain't gonna read all that. Personally, I think the way you play is completely fine. I'm sure everyone that's been playing for even just a month can see that the many of the 6-star ops we've been getting since Chalter's release are way more busted than anything that could've ever come out 3 years ago, and I can see pretty clearly why a lot of older/f2p players would hate the units you've mentioned (especially Texalter, Yatoalter, Ling, etc.) because of how crazy powerscaling has been getting recently. But, like someone else has already said in this comment section, that's just how all live service games roll. If anything, we're lucky this didn't start happening from out the gate if gacha games like Kingdom Hearts Union Cross were anything to go by. Still though, I think them powering up the ops and then beefing up the newer enemies keeps challenges fresh for everyone, so I can't really complain too much about it. However, even if I do agree that the way you play is all good, the way you pass off building any other operators other than the couple 6-stars you mentioned as wasting resources on "weaker/more niche" choices just rubs me the wrong way. Far from nicheknights player myself, but the amount of people I see just in KZbin comment sections (I don't really go browsing through either Discord or Reddit, but I'm sure it's much worse over there) that go months into this game sincerely believing that all 5-star and 4-star operators are trash and never worth the investment is honestly pretty staggering. Of course not everyone believes this, but if you asked all the people fiending over not having Goldenglow right now what Ambriel's S2 does, how many actual responses do you think you'd get? Meanwhile, the moment anyone saying this while rocking a fully kitted-out 6-star squad runs into a boss with mechanics even half as complex as the Emperor's Blade, they get dumpstered and call the game either too hard to learn or pay to win because they didn't get the exact operator on that fresh new banner that magically turns the boss into a chew toy. Moreover, I think there's a misunderstanding you have about niche operators (and probably about the people who use them as well) in this game in general. Sure, dudes in dedicated Arknights servers like Lungmen Dragons are most likely spending way more time on Arknights clears than you or I would ever reasonably want to spend on a mobile game. However, for a whole lot of the nichetubers you'll see around the space, they're just using cool gimmicks on the operators they like to do cool clears they probably thought of while taking a shower or walking their dog. In fact, I think people are more often than not calling themselves braindead, when in reality they're just not giving themselves enough time to cook. That, or there was too much reading in the tutorial and they missed a key game mechanic. Happened to me. Regardless, you don't have to build operators you feel are more niche than you're comfortable with to have those "big brain" clears. Rather, it's usually the clears you feel pretty good about afterward that were your best clears. Though even if they weren't, who cares. It's your game, not like other people can tell you how to have fun in your own free time. Tl;dr: Nothing wrong with the units you use, and you definitely don't need to take people calling you 'braindead' just because you like using powerful units, but don't make the mistake of only leveling the units other people tell you are the most busted/best for your account. There are about 260+ operators in the game, so I can't help but feel like you're just losing out on a good part of the Arknights experience if you exclusively stick to the best 20 or so that'll probably get powercrept later on anyway. And for real, go take a look at your 4-stars. They cost half as much as a 6-star, and a good chunk of them actually kick ass.

@@goldencookie6317 I think you misunderstand what i mean abouth the 5 star operator...i would LOVE to build them,but i have like 6 other 6* operator that are versatile/op/great/waifu/etc on the backburner that i need to pit agaisnt 5 star character that still cost a fuckton of time and lmd to build but *TEND* (not always) to be less versatile/usefull/powerfull/etc. than 6 star generaly speaking. Its takes me WEEKS if not MONTH to make enough lmd in order to max ONE character...so yeah,might as well go for the character i like and know are strong than just character i like but might be more niche or less powerfull. TLDR:If i could get my hands of more fucking LMD,you bet your ass i would be raising more 4-5 star than i actualy have,but it take WAY to fucking long for absolutely no good reason.
