Changes to your gear setup: 3 PnB circlet, 3 pnb ammy, rare shield There's no point running block at all

I would agree for a SC version. In Hardcore i def prefer max block just in case, it can be life savier. The double defensive strat bone armor + block is very secure. I love steelshade for the high replenish life and chance to block it gives. The replenish with the prayer aura of my merc is awesome to get back my life very fast after i use bloodwarp. But if i would reach 125 bp. Then i'd put it out for a rare circlet with fcr, same as mara with a rare/crafter amy.

Still bone spear is bad in my opinion, why anyone will choose bone spear instead teeth

Teeth is better for t1s. But for t2s and t3s you need more damage and bone spear seems better. I think it makes sense to play fortified maps with this build.
