@jadebabin7549 It's basically a magical disease that appears if you have an unrequited love. You grow flowers in your lungs. Sometimes, it's your birth flower. Other times, it's the birth flower of the person you're in love with....either way, it'll get worse and suffocate you unless that person feels the same way or you forget your love for them, get surgery for it which means that you'll never feel love again for them or possibly anyone or you just end up dying from it.

​@@jadebabin7549 Basically it's a trope (that I believe originated in fandom) where a person with unrequited feelings starts growing flowers in their lungs, leading to them coughing up flower petals and blood as it worsens. It usually ends in death if the person doesn't get it cured, which in most cases is either the person confessing/having their feelings returned, or getting the flowers surgically removed, an option which ends in the person losing their feelings as well.
