This single was heavily slept on because DIMC was catchier. This joint is timeless. Unfortunately, the mainstream will look at Kirk as a one hit wonder just because music is consumed differently than it was in the early 2000’s. DIMC took over the airwaves and Kirk never had another single that topped it, even though the following singles were some of the best music he’s ever released. That Pole should’ve been the follow up, it’s an underground/strip club classic. The album was never released, and by the label waiting, even with him having incredible tracks with high profile features every year since; Drank will unfortunately always be the highest point in his career.
