Okay found the source myself. This is called "The Journey of a Nation" and was aired as a musical performed in Khan Yunis, Gaza and depicts the fight that Palestinians have engaged in since the 1917 Balfour Declaration until the 2004 death of Yassir Arafat. They dance around and sing about fighting their enemies with everything from RPGS to machine guns to daggers, from Gaza to Rosh HaNikra in Isreal. So this is a real thing, and it was sponsored by the state government in Palestine (which was and still is controlled by Hamas).
