A delightful, enchanting and beautiful video Kirsten and Joerg.. I felt transported to England with you and so loved it all! The Orangerie, the villages, the roses, the lake! We especially enjoyed seeing that thatched roof cottage towards the end with decorative cutting on the roof line and exquisitely planted roses and gardens.. just wonderful! Lovely music 🎶 too!! ❤❤🌹🌹

Superb - the most wonderful orangery and the Yew Tree walk were so lovely to see. Excellent photography also, smooth and calming. Such an enjoyable video, thank you SO much! ❤ l am now going to plan a trip to Rutland Water this summer. Did you know there is a pair of beautiful Ospreys nesting there (just for summer season) on the lake? If you ever visit there again, do keep a look out for them flying around.

I love Castle Ashby Orangery too. A few years ago I took my 4 year old nephew there - he spent ages standing next to an old Wheel Barrow, on his own, that was in a corner. He was really excited after we left, telling me he had made a “New Friend” with “the Boy” who “worked in the gardens”…….His description of the boy and the conversation about “men and horses” going to “War” confirmed for me that he’d communicated with The Past💫❤️

It is beautiful! Very peaceful and charming. I was amazed that there were no signs of life! Hardly any traffic. Nobody outside! Yet, everything was tidy and neat. Almost like a village time forgot.

Oh Kirsten it's no good , I've been putting it off because you've had so many expressions of sympathy and I didn't want to add to your misery . However, I have to say how terribly saddened I was to hear that your Mother has gone home to glory . My heart goes out to you as my Son died on Christmas Day in 2021 and my grief is still so real that it feels like yesterday , I'm sure you are grieving so much too .Thank you for filming this amazing video in spite of your hurt, I'm so grateful for your efforts and that is a beautiful place , we'll worth a visit .
