*_Day 4_* *The book is about to social contact like successful people. It tells the tips to make relationship with people. It tells that before understanding others we must understand ourselves so we can know where we lack to make relationship with others. While making relations we must speak only valid things & question in starting. We must first listen properly before speaking. We must focus on the person we are talking to. People like to listen about them so we can also give compliments politely. For ex - I also try to first listen the person and understand them before speaking. I observed that we speak to early which is of no use which others understand. Listening is a skill which is absent in many people and it needs to be recovered. I am working on it. Secondly we must be patient about the outcome and not be frustrated during the whole process. For better experience we can meet old friends and relatives and start make relations again because they will not misunderstand us. I think the book is helpful.*
