i love the 70's vibe , as a black male i fell in love with kiss in 1976, seen them 36 times, met paul,gene, and eric, they were my gateway drug to hard rock music, although i was ridicule, always been a kiss fan

Personally, my gateway to hard rock music Jimi Hendrix, remembering seeing the Woodstock movie on tv in 1975 - looking great guitarists who whip their guitars into a frenzy. This led me down this rabbit hole to KISS. Skin color doesn't matter, rock music and especially hard rock music is color blind. I like KISS, I consider myself a fan, but I sure isn't a diehard fan - I don't like anything. There are albums I don't have in my collection, and don't ever wish to get them. But, I do have this album. I even liked Mothers Finest, their hard funk era (late 70s and early 80s). I do consider myself a fan of Chuck Berry.

Quite simply the best song on the entire album. Eric Singer keeps the band rockin' hard after 35 years of ups and downs. He truly has earned his fame as KISS' drummer, and I'm proud that he adopted the Cat Man persona.

@@izzymurati1987 Believe me, nobody will EVER top Peter Criss in my book when it comes down to singing lead. I'm just saying that Eric Singer has a great set of pipes too. All KISS drummers did .. Eric Carr had a great voice as well, definitely more of a metal style than Peter or Eric Singer. But as far as the songs that featured all of them as original vocalists, each were terrific. Peter's voice just has that certain effect on me that hasn't changed since the first time I heard it

I do not really know why people hate Eric and Tommy. I mean, in my opinion I liked the fact that Ace and Peter's replacements were people who wad been in the band before. I mean, Eric drummed for KISS for the Revenge album and until the reunion tour. And Tommy was Gene's personal assistant and helped Ace in a couple of things for the Reunion tour. He even Played in the Psycho Circus Album. So in my opinion, this albums is awesome, like the other ones =]

Thank you for your kind words. I didn't quite understand what you meant by "another guy dressed up like Ringo Starr" at first, but I know what you mean. Eric Singer will never take Peter's place in the heart of his biggest fans, including myself, but I just meant that if anybody deserves to carry on the legend of the Cat Man, it's Eric. I look at it as a tribute to Peter's greatness, but also a continuation of the four most famous faces of rock history. (Rivaling the Beatles, of course!)
