@@magneto44 Technically no. but i still love it, alongside Ozzy Osbournes Tribute as my two favourite live records. Also if you watch some of the other performances from that era that havent been doctered theyre still pretty good performances.

This was my 1st Kiss record I ever owned... brought more of them when I was a kid (I'm 54 now) but I can tell ya I will always consider this one the best it has that pure raw energy... it feels like your with them

I remember I wanted Kiss Alive II because my friend had it. I got Alive 1 for Christmas. Was somewhat disappointed. But listened to it and it was enjoyable.

My first concert was kiss 1976 at the Philadelphia spectrum, thank God I got to see them i was just like the kids in Detroit rock city, i was like 11 years old bob seger ooened up , ran into sam grasso from Woodbury, we smoked a bowl , i went with mike carlino , , cold gin is the song and ace Frehley is my favorite rock on !!!!

I assume it was hard for other bands to top KISS, especially before the stage shows started taking precedence but I did see them again on the Reunion Tour and it was really good.

That was the most rock n roll thing I ever saw. The drummer did the same with my friend handed him his sticks. Fucking cool. I was only ten

All these years later, I forgot exactly when this was recorded. I can tell you this much though. It was in Detroit at Cobo Hall. Now, the band did not just play a one-night stand in Detroit. One of their concerts was choreographed for the Kiss Alive! album. And this is the one that I remember.

I know Gene Simmons does not drink, smoke, and no drugs!, That's his motto. But question, in 1975-76, my older sister got my family listening to Kiss. Was Gene Simmons a drinker back in the early to mid 70s, before Shannon came with Nick and Sophie? In the 2000s, I loved his family show on A&E. People here in the south couldn't wait to get out of Sunday Evening Services to see Gene Simmons on TV with the family! By the way, Mr. Simmons is good friends with President Donald Trump.
