BRAVO that looks like a hard rythem, to play and sing at the same time.

dude you give me hope! i want to have such a clean, effortless range as i am now 51 years old! you must be religious with vocal health and care
@RickiWoodMusic8 күн бұрын
Thank you Vic. I am likewise 51yo. I don’t do anything special re voice care other than I do tend to avoid cold drinks before and whilst singing…. Although the occasional beer does sneak in on a hot day. I sing most days. Nothing full on, just enough to remind my voice what I need it to do. I usually do around 15/20 mins of a basic warm up prior to shows where I can. Not always easy as Im usually also setting up gear, sound checking and having people come and talk to me at same time. There’s some awesome stuff on KZbin for warm ups and for retaining vocal strength. I just sifted through a bunch of videos until I found the ones that resonated with me and my vocal range.

@@RickiWoodMusicthanks for response! Damn, probably from so much gigging that your voice has that adaptation and you don't have to constantly be doing vocal exercises to keep that. The falsetto is crazy good. After some tries, i was able to hit the highest part but damn now i feel lightheaded lol. I had to some weird mouth positioning to make that happen.
@RickiWoodMusic3 күн бұрын
@@vicroberts3080that’s great you got there. I did once pass out on stage after a huge scream…… first note of the first song. I held it for too long and hadn’t eaten literally all day and down I went. I got back up and kept singing but it took me about 15 minutes to get a full gauge of where I was. lol.
