Exactly! I saw them in the Midwest in 96 and I swear it felt like 1976. It was like a time warp around them. I got the feeling of the bigtime Rock tours that they used to do when they were the number one attraction in America. It was crazy and amazing! I’m so glad I got to see the original four together again. It was a great night! They know how to party that’s for sure! And it felt like the Circus coming to town. 👏🏻🎸😎

I agree, kiss to me is only the original 4, i grew up with them since i was 5 or 6 and i am now 53, I saw them 3 times of the reunion tour and twice on the first farewell with the original members i saw them rock every tour i went to,i saw them without makeup in 1988 and it was like seeing a hair tribute band of them in my opinion.

Aside from seeing the original KISS in 77 when I was 10, this tour was the most anticipated concert out of all since the first time seeing KISS. And I've seen em all since 77, this was the most exciting being it was the all original reunion show/tour!

96 was the last hurrah. Peter and Ace were both on board and I since I’m a space cadet, I watched Ace for most of the show. It was like a time warp! I swear there was a Seventies party vibe in the Arena. I can’t explain it. It’s like they all went back to do the Destroyer tour all over again and they were so well rehearsed they knew their cues as to where to be for every song. It was a like they had done this show a hundred times before and they probably did. All in all, a great live show and I’m glad I got to see the originals.

I was at this tour in Cleveland and it met all my expectations…..they were well rehearsed and Ace was on fire. Ace’s solos do not give in to the disgusting shred madness of today and yet his solos are BETTER because they fucking SOUND good, they are not an exercise in ego and trying to impress the little feathered fingers shredder nerds….vibrato kids! I saw them 2 times on this tour in Illinois and Minnesota and I was to young to see them in the 70s. Now at the age of 45, I've been a mega fan since I was 8 and seen them many times no makeup. I remember when I bought my first solo Paul Stanly record at Ben Franklin and was hooked. Going to this show was very serial and haunting to travel back in time to witness the greatest band and showmanship of a live rock'n band. KISS ARMY FOREVER!!!!!!!!
