the 90s and early 00's was a really interesting time in terms of pop culture (I am of the belief that Western culture peaked around the mid 2000's and that is backed up by the fact that (for the most part) the amount of quality bands/songs/movies has gone down dramatically since then. Interesting that this same time period coincided with the end of the Cold War where the US emerged as the dominate superpower, but since then somewhere along the way the "High" wore off and things seem to be trending down ever since.

This was my very first standalone concert, my very first concert of an artist I personally liked beforehand, and the first concert I planned to experience completely on my own.
