such an amazing crew of people! lee haein clearly has a strong vision for kiss of life and i am so happy that everything about them feels like a breath of fresh air! even though the concepts may feel familiar, there's just something quite unique about this group and their attitude towards life, onstage and off stage. this whole documentary has been such a cool experience as we can hear the staff's thoughts and process, which we don't see often. so much work is done behind the scenes, so thank you for sharing it with us! this entire shoot seems like a memorable experience for everyone involved, i hope their efforts get repaid with kiss of life's success! also, i am so glad kiss of life is taking on such a mature and different take on freedom. it's not only some concept, but also like a "lifestyle" for both the idols and staff. again, another rare thing in kpop and another breath of fresh air! it's easy to manufacture the idea of "freedom" in kpop where it feels so artificial, but embodying "freedom" is a completely different thing. kiss of life definitely seems to embody the meaning of being truly free! i hope it continues to be that way!

I know the next few years wouldn't be easy but the fact that these girls already went through training and manged to debut it's already an achievement. This was way more emotional than I expected. I really love everything about this group. They all come from so different background and both what we know and what we can deduce makes it obvious this is such an important opportunity. And now we are close to their comeback! a bit long, but okay 3 things: 1) 'making of' vids are common in kpop but they went a step further and included the staff. the q&a portions for the members were good bc it prepared them for upcoming interviews etc. and the letter of encouragement to themselves at the end? beautiful, poetic, cinematic masterpiece 🤌 2) haein mentioned she handpicked (most) of the staff involved w kiof bc she wanted staff members who would treat idols humanely and i think it really shows, the synergy, w how well everyone managed to work together 3) natty saying the best part about this whole thing is having members 🥺 we all know how much she's always wanted to be in a girl group, so happy for her 🥺🥺 and like what their director said, i too hope they don't lose their initial excitement and continue w their work w that feeling. let's hit big, kiof 🫶😊
