There’s nothing like the original lineup. Gene, Paul, Ace, and Peter. 💋💋💋💋

For me, training with Eric Singer and Bruce Kulick It is superior to the original

Agreed. They were the best. Ace was my favourite. Although I loved them all. 🙂👍♥️

The way Gene throws in those lower octaves on the bass in the third round of the main riff and gives it that extra weight… so good!

If you read any of the concert reviews during this time, most of the talk is basically about: 1. The makeup. 2. The costumes. 3. How Ace Frehley & Peter Criss's musical talents really shine.

Love this song so much. Takes me back to my youth. Kiss will always be one of my all time favourite bands. Love Ace, Peter, Paul & Gene forever. The original lineup was the best. ♥️

So, you must have witnessed their demise into looking and sounding like a band of disco-playing figure skaters.

One of Ace's best. A sped up Black Sabbath style...a great solo..Page-like.I really wish that Hotter than Hell would be remixed .
@jondunmore42686 күн бұрын
Hotter Than Hell WAS remixed - in 1997. To me, who grew up with the original pressing sounding like steel guitars and cardboard drums, it sounds WEIRD. Yes, it sounds better sonically, but it removes our memories of our innocent youth.

"Wanted... Guitarist with flash and balls." They definitely got one; THE one and only spacemen, Ace Frehley.

I love how Peter makes an error, then incorporates the error from then on :) Drumming isnt about being perfect, but thinking on your feet.

Sounds like early metal to me . kinda sounds like Cowboys from Hell. Dime bag was buried in a kiss coffin and had an ace Frehley tattoo on his chest. Just sayin.

KISS opened for Sabbath Dec 12, 1975 in New York! The Birmingham band didn't bring them back sighting they were into weird “demonic goth blood shit”

Ha ha bull.... firstly Sabbath are from Birmingham lmao 🤣

Parasite is one of those songs, like The Rolling Stones'Midnight Rambler', that's infinitely better live. That Hotter Than Hell album sounds like it was recorded in a mailbox.

Funny how this song was a prediction of how Paul and Gene live like “parasites” off their fans, even their lifelong fans…. So I dedicate that song to Paul and Gene!!!!
@rticle15 Жыл бұрын
Silly. They provide a product that fans choose to buy. Not parasitic in any fashion.

Rush toured with Kiss around this time. That had to be the greatest miss-match in talent in history. Kiss can barely play.
