Mới mà đã 5 năm rồi, ngay lúc này, khi tôi đang viết vài dòng này cũng là lúc tâm trạng tôi tệ nhất... giận, buồn, lạc lõng, cô đơn, áp lực, và phải chịu nhiều đả kích ở cái tuổi đôi mươi... chỉ tìm cho mình 1 chút dịu dàng mà vẫn kh có được, mọi người xung quanh kể cả người thân, thì luôn kh thấu hiểu, đặt nặng vấn đề cho nhau, áp lực. My best grandpa died. He brought me happiness to my life. I loved him so much. He always asked my mom or dad how was I a few years ago.. Since my grandpa speaks Chinese and Filipino not English... I couldn't understand him in my childhood but then I understood both in 2yrs ago. That's when he died. I called the phone. Excited to talk to grandpa and understand him for once in my life.. But my granny told me and my dad to go to the hospital. In the taxi/cab, I asked my dad, "Where are we going to, Dad? " My dad slightly answered ."I'll tell you later once we go to the room of grandpa.""Room of grandpa?" I said "Yeah! But Why in the hospital? " I was surprised but excited too. I rushed in his room and there was my grandpa in an inhaler and grandma sobbing in front of grandpa. I rushed to my grandpa and sobbed, "Why?! Why did this happened! ?" I couldn't even have a single word to say to him because he was unconscious. ;~; I couldn't believe it! He was dead.

my biggest worst mistake was not seeing my grandparents as I grew older, I found it “embarrassing”, as all of the other kids were being rude to their family, but I never had to heart to disrespect my grandpa, he was for sure my best friend and the only one who listened to me, as I grew older I started to learn more English than Hmong and couldn’t speak or understand them, he said he’d wait for me to learn, he kept me as his flip phone wallpaper, he waited every day for me until he got sick, he just wanted a hug from me and I regret not seeing him as much, i am to blame I do understand that, if I could go back in time I would hang out with him as much as I can, he knew his final days were coming to an end, and so he decided to sleep at my house for a day, just to be have my presence around him, god I regret so much, but I’m so happy he’s not hurting or struggling anymore, and I hope he’s doing amazing where ever he is.

I first discovered this song last year, it emotionally hit me hard and I listened to it everyday for the month of June. I lost it and forgot about it for a year, I just found it again, just as beautiful as before, and maybe even more so. We all experience pain, loss, and emotion. I know that I’ve experienced a lot of that this past year, and I know things will get better, but I have to be patient. Right now I feel lost and broken, but eventually I’ll be found and healed.
