this is why it’s so important to LOVE YOURSELF FIRST. I learnt this the hard way myself, love and respect yourself enough to walk out on a person who doesn’t value you. WALK OUT. if you still choose to stay, then I’m sorry that’s on you.

Well sis , this kind of situation is bad , like the way she was reacting is because she was traumatized in her past and she loved him fully and that's why she didn't wanna lose him because it's hard for her to find someone with trust , it u r facing the same pls pls move on , trust me there are 7 billion ppl in this world, someone who's right for u would possibly come now or then , don't suffer such situations just go on ahead and also never criticise yourself for someone never and u deserve the best , everyone deserves the best so never let anyone treat u like u don't deserve the best , have a nice day

It was because she had a traumatized past , she can't be normal , she have trust issues and it took her a lot of times to believe in someone, that's why she believed in him , and their families were involved too , she loved her so much that the thought of loosing him and finding someone else threatening her , look not everyone is so strong and brave to leave someone they love.

@@ashiyanakhan63 Buddy, May be you don't have the difference b/w 1-2 mistakes and 1-2 red flags clear in your head. While leaving for 1-2 mistakes isn't wise and kind, leaving for 1-2 red flags is absolutely normal(& the sooner you leave however tough it gets the better it'll be for your mental health)! And it's only when you know this difference & love yourself enough, it is then you'll also be able to realise the difference b/w you loving a person & you being addicted to the toxicity that person brought to your life. I've been there, bhaut bhaut zada himmat lagti hai, ek baar iss toxicity ki latt lag jaye toh, insaan iss ladki ki hi tarah khud ko bewakoof banane lagta hai, in the name of "but oh I love this person, how can I leave them? I can't live without them!"..But ek baar aap himmat karke, unki toxic harkate ko as an outsider dekhte ho or thaan lete ho, that no I'm not going back to this person & you cut all your ties with them and start with therapy, trust me! Within a month you realise for yourself, you actually lost the love for them long back because of their toxic action and it was just this toxicity of theirs that made you addicted to the victim cycle which we ourselves eventually started calling as love and feeling! But, surely love doesn't pain like toxicity does. You'll soon realise for yourself, if you'll seek help and wanna help yourself. Sending prayers your way🙏.

How well I could relate, the person I loved always went around with other person behind my back, my whole relationship was a cheating phase , the thing that broke me the most was that , he never gave me any surprises, on my birthdays , one year he didn't even meet me , never bought cake for me the first year , but gave another girl surprise on her birthday, a boy who never blown a balloon for me stood on road to blow balloons and decorate his car for someone else who even had a bf , and he barely knew her for not even 2 months, and I was there for him even when he gave nothing to me , that day my real feelings for him died, that day all the emotions for him was dead 😌

Saw a snippet on Instagram and had to watch this. This video is the epitome of how childhood trauma, abuse and assault shapes a person well into their adulthood. And how important it is for everyone to work on themselves if not atleast try. It is absolutely terrifying I agree but if you're self aware of the fact that you have issues you've won half the battle. Also that must've taken so much of strength and bravery because in hindsight it must look so ridiculous that you stood by that guy for so long and for that I have nothing but respect for you. I wish you heal from what you've been through And obviously great work guys chan vatla tumhala bagun like the way you guys handled the entire episode is commendable. Much love!

I had seen the reel for this video on insta while scrolling and I was like lets check what more this has and I couldn't stop listening even tho I was working. Be it a man or a woman no1 should treat their partner this way. If people just don't want anything serious they should just mention it that they r here only for sex. Saves the person so much trauma. Let the other person decide if they wanna stay or not in a sex only relationship or want something real. I really wish such people get their karma in even more worse ways. Healing n getting over trauma is never easy. Been there done that and haven't healed ever since. It puts a huge impact on our lives if for even once such an incident happens in our life. May you have a happy life ahead Rakshanda and every girl who has ever been through this kind of main be it physical, emotional or mental sometimes even financial. Please take care girls ♥️

This is so relatable. This has happened to me, but the other girl was his ex who was happily married with a child. They were sleeping over and unapologetic about it. He convinced me that his husband beats her, and she is not doing well health-wise. So she needs help and that's how I got into the scene to help her. Both of them manipulated me that it's just a matter of time and there's nothing between us. But enduring all this has put me in so much of trauma later on. I would suggest all the girls not be ok and endure cheating in any which way, because you are going to have trauma for long time.

My story is almost similar. It was a 8 year relationship and he cheated on me for almost an year with another girl. Manipulated me, I was taking therapy and when I was moving on he came and begged for a chance. Gave him one cos my love was so strong for him. Now he left me cos he met another girl in whom he sees glimpses of his late mom itsmz.. He was doing almost everything similar to me and her and it was all behind my back... I was so forgiving that I lost my self respect to the core . He started blaming me and said that he doesn't want me... 😂😂😅 Hope Karma hits him one day that he ll really understand how painful a breakup is and how bad u feel when someone u love walks away

Listening to this, makes me feel so powerful. She is such an inspiration for many. Being a person with a good heart nowadays isn't worth it but still we will not stop being that because fuck these kind of people who don't deserve you.

She is a sweetheart💕. But, I wonder how could somebody live with this level of "it's OKs" ! If her patience level is 100 then I would rate mine as 1/100. ThankGod she is out of that now🤍
