Good looking kit Nigel and a good review. I built this one and reloaded the windows with acetate clear sheet stock. The small parts are a bit of a challenge but as far as I am concerned the more detail better. Have a look at their Bz-38 fueler another nice kit. Keep the videos coming.

I've only ever built Miniart's figure kits (they have a really good variety), but it definitely looks like their vehicles kits are well worth building too. Thanks for the video.

I've always thought Miniart were under-rated. Would love to do one of their new M3 tanks with interior. I had heard the same, that the plastic was very hard and brittle but I recently picked up a set of the Polish tank crew figures and the plastic was easy to work with. No flash and very little seam line issues. Very crisp moldings (although in fairness they are a brand new item so the molds are new).

I always think of Miniart as not being for the beginner, but if you take your time you should be ok. There is certainly a lot of modelling for your money in a Miniart box.

That's a lot of parts for something so small lol. Though I think I can beat it - 290 + parts for the Great Little Ships 4" Mk. IX Breech Loading Gun upgrade kit for the 1/72nd Scale Flower Class Corvette, I'm building!

@@NigelsModellingBenchit's all photo-etch & White Metal. The sheet of photo-etch is roughly 11.5" by 6" and it does cover various different types!

The prototype would in all probability have had the side and rear windows made from cellulose acetate so the "blurred" effect of the mouldings would be rather realistic. Interesting that decal sheet includes not Wehrmacht and SS registration plates.

@Andy Richards should you have the word "not" in front of Wehrmacht?

HI Nige, I am always very wary of Miniart kits after I built (or I should say 'tried to build') the D7 bulldozer, The plastic was horrific as it was so brittle. The small parts just like the wing mirrors on this this Kit were numerous but as soon as you tried to remove the from the sprue they simply fractured. I tried all methods from snips, saw, warm blade but to no avail. I hope they have improved as I not purchased one since.
