Isn't that Tom's "friend" Gil who tried to rape Brooke? And was he the one who raped Liza outside of a nightclub? I have seen bits-and-pieces of that storyline arc but can't recall how it all ended. I DO remember that Brooke was out for blood with that guy. I remember a scene where Tom was angry because he found out that Brooke was right about him and their marriage ended because he didn't believe her.
