I have read that Magpies are almost as smart as crows. I would not know. None in my neck of the woods. Thanks for sharing the Magpie morning :)

I've seen the crows and magpies playing and working together. They are in the same family, so it makes sense that they are smart too. Our magpies usually ignore people, mostly because they are too busy socializing and having fun.

Today was a different sort of day, huh? Magpies are so fancy looking, I'd love to get them interested in me. They are so funny and social! We have a large magpie family that lives on my block. They especially like the playground equipment in my backyard. Sometimes crows play with them too.
