The picture of Franco is on the cover because TP OK Jazz played in Zambia in October 1987, and released this album in December 1987. I have always wondered if the album was supposed to be titled Franco and the Stars of TP OK Jazz live in Zambia. Either way, the pictures on the back are from various concerts in Zambia.

I don't know about Kenyan releases of those (or later cd releases), but in Europe, the two Ndombe songs were released on a separate LP and three Josky songs (two new ones) on a separate LP. That was about 1987. When we talk about Franco albums, we talk about LP's, not cd's. They came later and were often differently compiled, with a complete disregard of Franco's original intentions.
