For that blade guard head peace … completely wrong approach. You take drill bit and start widening the hole. Increasing drill size every time. That’s how you get shape. Drilling inner circle companion between nose and chin .. you make indentation. Apply sprue due and connect the peaces. Much more control and much more precise result.
