Absolutely blown away by the finished product. My favourite video on this channel. Have you ever considered making a video showcasing your collection or other works? Not just model kits, but I'd also love to see any scale figures you collect!

Thanks you!! If there is any chance, I would like to introduce scale figures.

Absolutely inspirational. You can really see the passion you put into this one! I can't wait to see more like it, you've inspired me to try harder on my next build. I'm using Citadel and Vallejo Acrylics!

Since the great man himself asked, I am using Tamiya Acrylic, though I bought a set of Hobbymio normal and clear paints that I have not used because they have great reviews

Good god what a master piece!!! Well done well done!!!
I use Rustoleum brand spray paint and lots of masking for my kits, I usually don't get rid of panel lines so it isn't too hard to do. I can usually finish a 100% repaint + decals in about 2 to 3 days depending on how long the test build and disassembly takes.

Rustoleum! It's the name I heard for the first time. The beauty of spray paint is that there is no cleanup. It is very nice to be able to concentrate on masking and decal work.

@@yuchi0321 Yeah I buy it from hardware stores so it makes sense it isn't something very familiar. It's really nice because it doesn't require a primer however it can be hard to find the same color again if you are trying to match a kit that was painted a while ago (all my desert type zeon kits have a slightly different dark brown because of that), plus you can't do pre-shading

A great project as usual, it really inspires me to go get painting myself! Unfortunately most of the lacquer paints available in my area in America aren't a very good quality for air brushing, so I spend extra to get Mr. Color shipped to me. Lately I've been moving over to using Gaia Notes however, the price is painful, but what else can a man do?
@yuchi0321 Жыл бұрын
The price is different from Japan.That's hard to do. Looking at many comments, I often saw people using Mr.color and Citadel. However, the Citadel is expensive. Mrcolor may be cheaper.And it's easy to use.

My go-to paints are Citadel, Army Painter and the Vallejo/WizKids collaboration of D&D paints... the little dropper-bottles were cheap, and it was the only way I could get me mitts on some matte-varnish for sealing down waterslide-decals at my local tabletop-gaming shop. I prefer brushes to the airbrush, though I DO have an airbrush-kit a friend gifted to me. As for rattlecans, I DO have a can of Army Painter Plate Mail Metal, but 'round these parts it's too damn cold to use spray-can paints for half the year. I'm glad I discovered Army Painter's Brush-On Primer. Their metallic-color paints are also pretty awesome- Fairy Dust will turn ANY paint metallic, and I get a lot of mileage out of my bottles of Elven Armor, Glittering Green, Gemstone and Zephyr Pink. Citadel's texture-paints are awesome (I use Martian Ironearth to zhuzh-up Figma bases), and I love using Citadel Contrasts and Army Painter Speed Paints for instant shading, especially on 30 Minute Sisters hair parts. Melamine sponge? We don't need no steenkin' melamine sponge.
Hello from England! Here in the UK it is very hard to get hold of paints like Gaia Notes etc so I am using water based acrylics from scale75.

It's a different paint from Vallejo. Very interesting.

I really like the way you approach the skin color. I don't know if you repainted the skin or not. Or maybe it's just great camera lens and great lighting. But your skins are not too bright, not too dark, and the color is rich. It's really something to see, man. Cheers.
@yuchi0321 Жыл бұрын
thank you for always! The skin is repainted. And for the shadows I use the following paints. For the skin, I added Rose Deep Red and Oxide Red little by little to the Frame Arms Color FG01 to create shadows. gaianotes VO-06 rose bright red gaianotes 122 oxide red gaianotes FG-01
For paints I have a mixture of gundam markers, Valejjo model paints, and Mr.hobby paints.

I know this is your custom but it doesn't feel strike freedom, at least for me its like hi nu gundam with helios gundam backpack and the girl she is like maria eve from symphogear imo. the decal its x02a not x20a is this intentionaly? anyway nice work .

I first noticed it in the comments. The decal is a regrettable mistake.
