Add some wedges under the counter to lift it up where you need to 👍

Sikaflex, the answer to the sinking sink problem ! Tape up the counter to protect it, and squirt the Sika under the board.

Ohh please support the underside back wall of the sink with bracing. Use something to jack up the center and add 2 by 4, then silicone the bottom edge under the backsplash.

Guess if you can't raise the counter top in the back with wedges waterproof caulking would be the answer ❤❤

Not just "wedges" but, a level lift across the underside of the counter against that wall. Here's an example of how to correct that: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bGiZYZqfZt-Nibc&ab_channel=TheTruthSerum

You could use a decorative trim along the bottom of you can't raise the countertop.

Maybe a pipe or board in cupboard under the sink vertically to push that area up? I dont know. 😊❤

You should have tested the board prior to putting on the tile pieces. Had you done that you would have seen the huge gap right off the bat and cut another board to accommodate the gap in that area.....or add a long piece of wood shim onto the board in that area, to account for that gap. Also when grouting tiles, it's critical to remove ALL of the grout residue from the tiles ASAP because once it dries, it's almost impossible to get that residue fully off. At this point unless you can level the countertop in that area, all you could do is add some quarter round all along the bottom of your backsplash then be sure to seal it with caulk, especially behind the sink so water doesn't get into there.

Can you run a line of caulk all along the bottom of the black splash? It looks like things can get under it all along possibly.

Caulk is for sure needed but caulk isn't going to fill a 1/2" gap.

I’m sure someone has already commented on this. You should have done it with the board in place up on the kitchen because it’s gonna be hard to carry that length and that many tiles on it.

The cast-iron sink weighs probably 150 pounds so it’s gonna put a bow. You can shim it up in the back. If you can get back there to it I used to install granite countertops that’s how I know what to do.
