Hi Paul, I think Fridge -> wash -> preparation area -> hob/stove is a better flow. Reason being the cut ingrediants in preparation area is nearer to the stove, so you dont have to take it across the wash area as in your design.

സർ ഒരു സംശയം. ഫ്രിഡ്ജ് അടുപ്പിനു സമീപം വേണമെന്ന് അങ്ങ് പറയുകയുണ്ടായി. ഓരോ മിനിറ്റു തോറും ഫ്രിജ് തുറക്കുമോ. ആവശ്യം ഉള്ള സാധങ്ങൾ ആദ്o ഫ്രിഡ്ജിൽ നിന്നും പുറത്തു വെച്ചിട്ടാണ് ആഹാരം പാചകം ചെയ്യുന്നത്. അതിനാൽ എപ്പോഴും തുറക്കേണ്ടതില്ല. അതിനാൽ ഫ്രിഡ്ജ് അല്പം ദൂരെ ഇരിക്കുന്നത് കൊണ്ട് ബുദ്ധി മുട്ടില്ല. എന്റെ ഒരു അഭിപ്രായം പറഞ്ഞന്നേ യുള്ളൂ
