I recently purchased this pan too and I wuv it!! I’m still waiting for the bamboo steamer 😍 I read that we aren’t supposed to rinse these type of cooking pans while they are still hot.. I always did with my other nonstick pans and wondered why they didn’t last.. 😬 and I don’t want the bottoms to leave burnt stains so I also read that the flame shouldn’t be bigger then the pan itself. Annnnd depending on what you’re cooking the pan should be sprayed with or poured with a bit of oil and don’t let the pan heat up on its own for too long. Haha tips! ☺️😉 🇵🇭✊🏽🥰
