Hi Charis, I love how your children eat their vegetables and don't complain. When I was growing up I didn't have an option we had to eat our vegetables. Now that I am an adult I am grateful because I love vegetables. I am excited to see your new kitchen but honestly you could cook on an outdoor grill or a campfire and I would still watch. I like to keeping the cabinets instead floating shelves. I did shelves and little bit regret... cabinets are easy to put things and close doors ;) they make kitchen looks neat and clean.

We are in the process of remodeling our home. 2 bathrooms done, 2 more to go and the kitchen should be ready by early October. My husband told me to get ready to eat out at least 2 weeks when they demo our kitchen then add new water pipe for pot filler before they install our kitchen cabinets.

We were raised like this, eat what mom cooked everything include vegetables and looking gross stuff but delicious and nutritious. So Im doing the same thing to my kids and my husband is amazed because he is raised differently he is very picky and he doesn't eat anything that he wasn't familiar. But he is happy that the kids are more adventurous when it comes to food.

My pantry actually looks just like yours, it’s really big. But in the large area to the left we put in an extra fridge. We have a large family and cook most meals so the extra fridge is so handy to have!
