Kerstin, your attention to detail for creating functionality stands out! The secret pantry - can you please describe where the storage is and its dimensions. From the plans it looks like the secret pantry is the depth of the surrounding cabinets, but when you walked in to the pantry it appears that the entrance to the pantry was the depth of the cabinets and then there was dark space further back. It looks like you used all pulls. Except for the pantry, they look like the same size. What size did you use? Great presentation!!!

Hi Alexa! Thank you so much for watching!! This project was so fun and I'm so happy to share with everyone! Yes, so the "entrance" is the 24" depth of a standard cabinet. It looks like a deep 24" tall pantry but the "cabinet doors" are the doors into the room behind it. Behind it is our clients actual pantry and laundry room. I am not clear what you mean with "I've used all pulls?" Do you mean the handles? Yes, throughout the kitchen we used all pulls but the pantry hardware for the door was swing hardware in both directions and the client chose to not have any hardware on this part. I hope this helps!! 🙂

Thanks so much. Love the secret pantry! Clarification on the cabinet hardware. What lengths did you use? I love the consistent look and we are struggling with the decision when we have our drawers widths vary - from 19 to 32 inch wide and cabinets are 48 inch tall. @@Alexa-bt6xu you are so nice and you are making my day, truly ! 🙂 For this project we actually did a combination of a few different sizes. Typically the pulls start off with 4-5" in length and I like the 5 or 6" as your base and then I'll set a few larger ones that are like 2 sizes larger to see a clear difference. You really can't do anything wrong with hardware in my opinion because in the end it's all about your personal preference!! Thank you again!

Hi Kerstin! Can you please do a video on small pantries retrofitted into a coat closet? I have that situation and we are repurposing a coat closet from the entry on the kitchen side. My problem is the size. 4'-6" x 24" deep. HELP!
