This video helped, otherwise I would have returned. I was wondering why changing the setting didn't glow green and start. I was not aware of pressing the safety feature and thought the unit is bad.

Stainless steels are usually tough. It'll likely chop ice, but is it recommended? Check with Kitchenaid.

If you buy it through European/UK outlets or sources it will come with a UK plug. It comes with a removable charger plug. I recently purchased the hand mixer version for £149 online. They're all in the same line of products, just different tasks.

I charged mine all day and the light is green but it’s not coming on. I lined up the top but it’s not coming on. Anyone else experiencing this?
