I really like how you're taking the fusion idea in kind of a new direction. 100% Dish and technique from one culture, but 100% ingredients from another. Usually both get mixed. This is a lot more fun and interesting in my opinion. I don't think you've gone the other direction yet, so maybe like a... risotto with congee rice and ingredients, but cooked like a risotto. Just don't use baijiu instead of white wine. Oh god.

Just curious, though you didn't show the containers label, it looks like Full Circle brand Arborio rice you are using. We have a store that carries it in our town. They claim its Arborio...its an abomination! Rice looks like its been pulsed in a processor. Not the beautiful, shiny, plump tiny pearls Arborio rice should be. My fav is Scotti brand. Love the ingredients you are putting together. I bet its delicious!

Imo the background music is very unpleasant and actually kind of makes me want to klick off. I'd much prefer something more relaxed or no music at all. That's just me tho :)
