Hey Matt I bought my unit over here on Greenfield ( beside the park ) spring 2017, paid 160K two units just sold 320K and 350K. Im torn I just bought a new unit to live at 15 Prince Albert I had 250k of my own money so my mortgage was less the 100k. but Im wondering do I sell Greenfield or since like you said very close to the 401 I can get probably 1600 or 1700 a month for this 2 bedroom.

Always about the Benjamin’s, why would you sell your home to make your life more complex by having to commute just for some extra cash? All the time you have to spend moving and the extra time and money driving probably won’t be worth it .

Darrin Brubacher hey, great question! Speaking about our local region’s housing market, no, my opinion hasn’t changed. I’m sure that the larger, national housing market will be effected, but I think Waterloo Region will continue on its trajectory. I’m sure the market will slow down for a few weeks/couple months, but then things will get back to the status quo. Thanks for watching!!
