Why would he be tough on the waiters/waitresses? Lmao. It's a no-brainer that Gordon would tackle the one paying them because the waiters are usually not the one causing problems in a macro scale, it's the owners and sometimes the cooks.

We have a saying in germany: _The fish always stinks from the head_ (I think an american equivalent would be _Crap always rolls downhill_ or something...) Even if the waiters in a place *were* the problem, it's still the fault of the floor manager. A company can always get into rough waters, but not getting out of them is *always* the captain's fault.

David didn't want Gordon to succeed with his new menu-how ironic was that -all the staff loved it as well as the customers but it appeared that David intentionally and perhaps maliciously, possibly out of jealousy refused to acknowledge. He was so offended by being told the truth and his ego got hurt. Some owners are in the wrong career.

For those who want to know the difference between Maine and Canadian lobsters without leaving the video: As we recap what we have discussed above, Maine lobsters have softer shells that make their meat tenderer and sweeter. Canadian lobsters have harder shells, which cause their meat to be less tender and sweet. However, Canadian lobsters can survive up to 72 hours while Maine lobsters can only survive up to 48 hours. Hence, both lobsters have their pros and cons. From this comparison, we can see that Maine lobsters are renowned for their sweetness, tenderness, and juicy claw meat. In terms of taste and mouthfeel, Maine would win over Canadian lobsters. However, if your budget does not allow you to purchase Maine lobsters, Canadian lobsters are a great alternative. Even if they are less sweet and tender, they are still a global delicacy. “They are exactly the same” xD
